Show and sell your work

Here’s a half dozen places to look for artist calls:

Entrythingy –  Entrythingy is used by many galleries including the Detroit Artists Market, and community and art groups.

ArtCallThis site includes calls for many kinds of art. So read the details carefully before you apply.

Art fairs – Look at the two main sites: Juried Art Services and Zapplication for fairs all across the United States of America. First upload some wonderful images of your work and a booth shot and then may apply to fairs far or near.  Application fees may run $10 to $50 and up, so choose wisely.

CaFÉ – This site lists more than 225 art calls – with a lot of public art and competitions. Artists may search easily by location, entry fee and more. It is run by the nonprofit Western States Arts Federation so many calls are from Western states.

Detroit area galleries.  Watch the artists or upcoming pages of galleries in your area. Sign up for their emails. In Detroit, pay attention to The Scarab Club, Galerie Camille,  Detroit Artists Market, Playground Detroit,  Anton Art Center, Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center and others for artist calls.
